# Cold Storage
Timeline depends on scale. A small cold storage (up to 500 sqft) takes 1–2 weeks. Medium facilities (500–3,000 sqft) require 3–5 weeks. Large industrial cold stores (3,000 sqft+) can take 6–12 weeks. We provide a detailed project schedule before work begins.
We engineer systems from +15°C (banana/mango ripening rooms) down to -40°C (ultra-low-temperature deep freeze). Most common ranges include: +2°C to +8°C (dairy/pharma), -18°C (standard frozen food), -25°C (ice cream/long-term fish storage).
We design and install cold storage facilities ranging from 5 MT capacity to 5,000+ MT. For very large capacities (10,000 MT+), we also work as specialist subcontractors alongside civil contractors.
We handle the complete mechanical, electrical, and refrigeration scope. For new-build facilities, we coordinate closely with your civil contractor. For turnkey projects, we can arrange civil partners from our network.

# Cold Rooms
Cost depends on size, temperature requirement, and finish. A basic 10 sqm chiller room starts from approximately ₹2.5 Lakhs. A 25 sqm freezer room with stainless interior starts from ₹6 Lakhs. We provide itemized quotations after a free site survey.
A standard prefabricated cold room (up to 30 sqm) can typically be installed in 3–7 working days. Larger rooms with custom requirements may take 10–21 days. We aim to minimize disruption to your operations.
Yes — our modular cold room panels are designed for retrofit installation inside existing structures. We require adequate ceiling height, floor load capacity, and electrical supply. A site survey confirms feasibility.
Our smallest prefabricated cold rooms start at 4 sqm (2m × 2m internal). For very small applications, we can also recommend reach-in refrigeration units.
Cold rooms operating below 0°C require insulated flooring to prevent frost heave. We use high-density PU foam floor panels with non-slip, food-grade surfaces. Rooms above 0°C can sometimes use existing flooring if structurally adequate.
Yes — pharmaceutical cold rooms are a speciality. We design to WHO Good Storage Practices (GSP) and GMP requirements, with features like redundant cooling, calibrated temperature probes, alarm systems, and full qualification documentation (IQ/OQ/PQ).
# Refrigeration & HVAC
VRF (Variable Refrigerant Flow) systems use refrigerant as the heat transfer medium, allowing precise individual zone control from one outdoor unit. They're ideal for medium-large commercial buildings (1,000–30,000 sqft) where individual room control is important and duct space is limited.
We recommend quarterly preventive maintenance for commercial refrigeration to maintain efficiency and prevent breakdowns. This includes cleaning condenser coils, checking refrigerant charge, inspecting electrical connections, and verifying temperature performance.
A chiller is an active refrigeration machine that removes heat from a liquid (usually water or glycol). A cooling tower is a passive heat rejection device that uses evaporation to dissipate heat. Most large HVAC and process cooling systems use both in combination.
Yes — our BEE-empanelled engineers conduct detailed energy audits of existing cold storage and HVAC systems. We identify inefficiencies and present a payback-period analysis for recommended upgrades. This service is often free for projects above ₹10 Lakhs.
Yes — we offer refrigerant conversion (retrofit) services, particularly for R22 systems being phased out under the Montreal Protocol. We convert to modern R404A, R407F, R448A, or natural refrigerant (ammonia/CO₂) systems as appropriate.
# Air Conditioning
We are authorised dealers and installers for Daikin, Carrier, Voltas, Blue Star, LG, and Samsung. For most residential and light commercial applications, Daikin and Voltas offer the best combination of efficiency, reliability, and service network in Delhi NCR.
A standard split AC installation takes 2–4 hours. Multi-head systems take 1 day. VRF/centralized systems take 3–10 days depending on scope. We always confirm the timeline during the quotation stage.
A rough guide: 1 ton for up to 120 sqft, 1.5 ton for 120–200 sqft, 2 ton for 200–300 sqft. Our engineers calculate the precise capacity considering your room dimensions, sun exposure, occupancy, and heat load for an accurate recommendation.
Key signs: AC runs but doesn't cool effectively, ice forming on the copper pipes or indoor unit, hissing sounds, or the outdoor unit running continuously without reaching set temperature. Call us for a gas check and top-up service.
Star rating indicates energy efficiency under the BEE rating system. A 5-star AC consumes approximately 25–30% less electricity than a 3-star AC of the same capacity, but costs more upfront. For ACs used 8+ hours/day, a 5-star model pays back within 2–3 years in electricity savings.
No — all split ACs require an outdoor unit placed in a well-ventilated area. We can design creative solutions for constrained spaces such as roof installations, condenser brackets, or recommending a cassette unit with a higher position.
# AMC & Maintenance
Our Comprehensive AMC covers: quarterly preventive maintenance visits, priority response for breakdowns (within 4 hours for Delhi NCR), all routine labour costs, discounted spare parts (20–30%), and dedicated service manager. Basic AMC covers labour only.
AMC pricing depends on the number and type of equipment. Indicatively: single split AC from ₹1,200/year (Basic) to ₹2,800/year (Comprehensive). Cold room systems start from ₹8,000/year. Multi-site and bulk discounts available.
Yes — we accept AMC for all makes and models of refrigeration and HVAC equipment, regardless of original installer. We conduct a health check inspection before enrolling existing equipment on our AMC programme.
For AMC clients in Delhi NCR, our guaranteed response time is 4 hours (often faster). Non-AMC clients are attended to within 24 hours subject to engineer availability. We have a dedicated 24/7 emergency helpline.
Yes — we stock genuine spare parts for all major brands we service. AMC clients receive a flat 25% discount on parts. We also have a next-day procurement arrangement with suppliers for less-common components.
We provide a temporary cooling solution (portable unit hire) for critical applications such as pharmaceutical and food cold rooms while sourcing parts. For AMC Comprehensive clients, temporary unit cost is covered in the contract.
